Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Server to join Hotel 1928 and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Take accurate food orders fromguests
* Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented
* Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
* Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
* Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure
* Total checks, present to guests and accept payment
* Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma/GED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Able to work flexible hours and shifts
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally
* Team player
* Ability to multi-task
