Fromour corporate office, to our property managers, to our housekeeping staffs, we believe that each of us needsa sense of dignity, pride and satisfaction in what we do. * Darryl Schulte Sr.Position Responsibilities:Take accurate food orders from guestsMonitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food isproperly prepared and nicely presentedCheck station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanlinessAbide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beveragesto minors and intoxicated guests.Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedureTotal checks, present to guests and accept paymentPerform various other duties as assignedEducation and Experience:Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferredMinimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving roleKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Able to work flexible hours and shiftsAbility to communicate effectively verballyTeam playerAbility to exceed expectations of guestsAbility to multi-taskMust have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relationsand etiquetteAbout Us:Schulte Companies is a family of businesses that develop, manage, and invest in real estate, with a focuson hospitality, restaurant, office, and retail.
