Job Description Hospitality Spotlight is seeking an
Area Director of Revenue Strategy for a luxury hotel group in sunny Southern California. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the revenue strategy while overseeing multiple properties in the area. The Work:
- Lead revenue management across multiple properties, driving top-line growth
- Implement revenue optimization strategies, including distribution, inventory management, and pricing
- Oversee a team of revenue experts, ensuring effective day-to-day management of revenue channels
- Analyze demand trends, develop new revenue strategies, and maintain market share growth
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property leadership and stakeholders
- Hybrid work opportunity; must work on-site at least three days a week
What you've already done (requirements):
- 7-10 years of experience in revenue management within a luxury hotel environment
- Proven experience repositioning hotels post-renovation and implementing new strategies
- Experience leading revenue management teams across multiple properties
- Expertise with group, transient, and corporate revenue streams in luxury hotels
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing executive decisions
- Proficiency in online reservation and revenue management systems
