The Corner Cafe is hiring a Barista / Breakfast Attendant! The Corner Cafe offers a cozy retreat with expertly brewed espresso drinks, fresh pastries, gourmet sous vide bites, and hearty breakfast sandwiches.Responsibilities and DutiesThe Barista / Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving the daily breakfast, greeting each guest at breakfast, and ensuring that the guests are 100% satisfied.* Greet guests and take breakfast orders.* Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages.* Serve light breakfast items such as pastries, sandwiches, and snacks.* Maintain cleanliness of the café and ensure the food station is well-stocked.* Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications* Experience in customer service or food/beverage service preferred.* Positive, friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.* Ability to multitask and handle busy morning rushes.* Availability for early morning shifts, including weekends.Offering over 20 years of experience, Onix Hospitality currently owns and manages eight award-winning, top-performing hotels in the Mid-Atlantic region and Florida, operating over 1,000 hotel rooms across its growing portfolio and serving more than half million customers annually.
