The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager. Our ideal candidate should be a hands-on manager with strong MEP experience, with a focus on HVAC. You will manage the PM program, team, vendors and overall fiscal responsiblity for the engineering department. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified, certified in boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc.
