- Role is primarily mid-shift and weekends.
Responsibilities •Manage the department budget, ordering supplies and scheduling to occupancy levels •Maintain Snack Shop Inventory and Merchandising •Engage with hotel guests in person and over the phone, help with any questions they may have, and resolve complaints •Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they're providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies •Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction •Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager Qualifications •Prior hotel front desk experience required •Supervisory experience required •Marriott experience preferred •Strong leadership and the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment are a must •Background in forecasting, cost control, and Brand standards is a plus •Must be comfortable with coaching and accountability
