As a Hotel Experience Coordinator, you will create magic by providing a personalized and seamless experience for the Guests of the Disneyland® Resort hotels! The Hotel Experience Team assists Guests with inquiries about future stays and return stay bookings; selling, building, and setting up in-room celebrations; registering, setting up, hosting, and striking Resort Guest Activities; and assisting Resort Hotel Guests with in-house requests.Basic Qualifications : Possess a positive, outgoing, and friendly personality while providing excellent Guest service Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to partner with other operating departments Strong technical skills and the ability to work with multiple computer-based systems at once Proven ability to handle obstacles positively and professionally, and to effectively communicate these problems, along with suggested solutions to the Manager Be active in the role of safety and security. Be cognizant of all emergency-reporting procedures Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding and difficult Guest situations Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILITYOur Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
