For additional information, please visit the company's website at www.anrgroup.com.The purpose of the General Manager position is to motivate, coach and develop their staff; actively participate in creating and implementing the annual Business Plan; monitor and ensure outstanding operating results; and participate in developing and managing revenue and sales strategies.We are in search of qualified candidates who can excel at the following:
- Ensure that the assigned hotel is maximizing the Guest and Associate experience.
- Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with hotel operating policies and procedures (Operations Manual).
- Set goals and hold team members accountable, provide appropriate feedback, rewards, and recognition.
- Be effectively accountable for managing and motivating associates and achieving overall financial results, guest and associate satisfaction.
- Ensure proper, appropriate and timely operations reporting and record keeping both at the hotel and to the corporate office.
- Ensure development, implementation and support successful attainment of assigned hotel's annual Business Plan.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and ensure development of, and adherence to, A&Rs hotel operations policies, protocols and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Be the cultural ambassador for A&R mission and core values.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree inhospitality management or related field of study preferred.
- Minimum of three yearsof hotel industry operations experience.
- Minimum of one year ofGeneral Manager supervisory experience with Hilton.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Highly energetic andmotivated individual.
- Ability to workindependently with little supervision.
- Excellent interpersonaland communication skills with strong customer/client focus essential.
