Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to plan and oversee day-to-day operations at The Roxbury Motel and Stratton Falls. The General Manager is responsible for leading the hotel team and providing exceptional hospitality to hotel guests in a clean, safe, and properly maintained hotel. In addition to guest satisfaction, this role is responsible for all aspects of the employee experience and ensuring employee satisfaction. This position reports to a regional manager. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service while adhering to hotel budget and quality standards.
This is a full time position located in Roxbury, NY.
Work Performed
As General Manager, you are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the The Roxbury Motel and Stratton Falls operation and for delivering results that contribute to the vision and overall success of the The Roxbury Motel and Stratton Falls. In this role, you are expected to hit hotel targets, manage profitability, and deliver an excellent guest experience.
