Position Overview: As a Hotel House Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our hotel, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will contribute to our overall success in providing top-notch hospitality services.Responsibilities:* Execute various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.* Replace linens, replenish guest room supplies, and handle guest room requests promptly and efficiently.* Ensure timely and efficient handling of laundry operations, including unloading, sorting, and dispersing as needed.* Keep an eye out for any potential damages, hazards, or unauthorized individuals and promptly report them to the management.* Maintain the cleanliness of public restrooms, active public spaces, corridors, and service areas.* Uphold strict adherence to hotel emergency procedures and quality assurance guidelines.Qualifications:* High School diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.* Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events/promotions.Physical Requirements:* Prolonged periods of standing* Bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, push/pull up to 50 pounds frequentlyThe above duties and responsibilities are representative.
