- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and guest standards.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects comfortably.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
- Positive and service-oriented attitude with a willingness to help guests and meet their needs.

- Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms thoroughly, adhering to hygiene and quality standards.
- Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Remove and dispose of waste properly, maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas.
- Prepare rooms for new arrivals, following standard procedures and attention to detail.
- Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate department.
- Handle laundry tasks as needed, including sorting, washing, and folding linens and towels.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good condition, reporting any issues or needed replacements
