Position schedule is 3pm to 11pm, Wed thru Sunday (or similar)Hotel Maintenance Person job description:Perform all general maintenance and repair functions within approved guidelines and as directed.Duties and responsibilities of the maintenance person include:• Responsible for all general maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout thehotel as directed by immediate supervisor.• Ensure adherence to all OSHA regulations. Health board, codes, and internal safetypolicies and procedures.• Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment as assigned.• Supports other Maintenance personnel as needed.• Supports housekeeping in all functions and concerns.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years' experience in generalmaintenance and must be able to do basic electric, plumbing and painting.3pm-11pm Wednesday through Sunday
