- Customer Service: Provide friendly, solution-oriented support to students, faculty, and staff.
- Appliance & Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair appliances (e.g., refrigerators, stoves) and commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., dishwashers, freezers).
- General Repairs: Build and repair furniture, doors, and fixtures; patch walls, replace ceiling tiles, and perform light carpentry.
- Electrical & Plumbing: Replace light bulbs, maintain wiring, unclog drains, and repair basic plumbing fixtures.
- Additional Duties: Perform light welding, minor vehicle maintenance, and other utility tasks like signage and gate repairs.
