Hotel Manager/Assistant General Manager for a beautiful resort/hotel - Northern New York State, USA

A charming 100+ rooms resort/hotel with picturesque views of mountains and lakes in Northern New York seeks a solid Hotel Manager/Assistant General Manager. The best person for this role will be a Hotel Manager who is very hands on, with an active on-site management style, good relationship building skills and great references from previous employers. Someone who has the capability and skills of growing into a General Managers role within a years time.
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the operations and overall success of this property. He/she must be able to exceed planned objectives for revenue and profit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality. Your role is to achieve a superior guest service and product quality, as well as provide exemplary performance for staff to follow.
Important Requirements:
Working experience in USA and internationally is one of the top requirements!
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury brands or similar style hotels as a Hotel Manager.
Very proactive, visible in the hotel, and enjoy working with the owners.
Must lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals, balancing cost.
Comply with all corporate accounting procedures.
Meet or exceeds budgeted profit and margin for hotels.
Perform hands-on duties as needed to deliver guest services.
