Description Retreat Hotels & Resorts is seeking an enthusiastic Property Operations Manager. As the Property Operations Manager, you will work as the main liaison between the corporate company and the General Managers and management staff at each of our existing hotels. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for helping each property follow franchised brand guidelines. Your passion for hospitality and leadership skills will drive our team to exceed guest expectations and create unforgettable stays. Availability for either a part-time or full-time role. The role is hybrid, with required days in the office in Reston, VA. $70,000 to $120,000 Depending on experience Responsibilities •Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. •Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. •Lead and motivate a team of managers to ensure operational excellence and high levels of customer service. •Collaborate with both the corporate and on-property teams to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional communication. •Manage budgets and resource allocation to meet financial objectives and company goals. •Implementation of brand initiatives. •Travel 1-2x per month. Qualifications •Strong leadership and team management skills. •Proficiency in budget planning and financial management. •Communicates clearly, concisely, and with empathy. •Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. •Bachelor's in hospitality management or related field preferred. •20+ years experience in hotel operations or hospitality management if applying for part-time. •3-5+ years experience in hotel operations or hospitality management if applying for full-time.
