In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating hotel reservations, managing availability, and ensuring smooth operations to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel reservations and scheduling through our booking systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with hotels to secure room availability, negotiate rates, and fulfill special requests or accommodations.
  • Monitor hotel occupancy levels and make adjustments to reservations as needed to optimize client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, provide itinerary details, and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize bookings, and streamline processes.
  • Stay informed about hotel policies, amenities, and local attractions to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations.
  • Handle cancellations, changes, and updates to reservations in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and client interactions in our database systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations, scheduling, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
