Waterstone Resort & Marina, a Curio Collection by Hilton property, managed by Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team! We are passionate hoteliers eager to add like-minded people to our rapidly growing team!JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards* Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels* Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel* Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e., mall, restaurants)* Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.* Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures* Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the businessEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* Minimum of High School education* Minimum of one (1) year in a housekeeping roleKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES* Ability to multi-task* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English* Team player* Ability to exceed expectations of guests* Knowledge of cleanliness standardsOur Company: Schulte Companies are a leading third-party management company with deep, multi-generational experience in all facets of the hospitality industry.
