As a Hotel Sales Coordinator, you will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sales lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.Identify and establish new contacts and business relationshipsDevelop and secure rooms and catering sales leadsRespond daily to sales opportunitiesDevelop promotions and packagesSupport basic sales functions for the Sales TeamAssist on special projectsProduce proposals and agreements to clientsTrack and produce accurate and timely reports for the Sales Team and Management.Monitor customer service regularly and resolve outstanding issues to ensure future business.Create exceptional guest and client experiences.Dependability and strong communication skills required.Full Time
