Job Description
Key responsibilities
+ Ensure materials, tools and equipment necessary for the job are on site.
+ Ensure crew is preforming work correctly, efficiently and safely to meet safety standards and project schedule
+ Ensure good house keeping is always maintained on site
+ Complete necessary Paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
+ Ability to communicate with Superintendent, Project Manager regarding any needs on site.
+ Take daily pictures of jobsite for documentation.
+ Job planning
+ Ability to acquire and maintain DOT Physical for company Truck
+ Concrete skills and carpentry Skills are necessary skills
+ Knowledge and proper understanding of materials being used on site.
