*Full-Time status benefitsHow I can Create Guests for Life:As a House Attendant, your mission is to help keep our resort running smoothly and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Here's how you'll do it:
  • Smile! Because a warm welcome begins with a smile.
  • Empty soiled linen and trash from room attendants' carts, keeping those pathways clear!
  • Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers - because every step should be a clean one.
  • Obtain amenities and supplies for room attendants.
  • Place soiled linen in the laundry chute.
  • Stock and maintain guest floor closets, keeping them neat and tidy with ample supplies for all room attendants.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests.
  • Assist with trash and linen removal during high occupancy.
  • Assist with furniture relocation.
  • Keep passkey or master key secure.
  • Respond to guest questions and provide assistance.
  • Provide instruction and/or guidance for guests and associate safety.
Is this the job for me:
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds.
  • Prior Housekeeping experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays - because we're here for our guests whenever they need us.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment - because we believe work should be enjoyable.
  • Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
