We are seeking compassionate, dedicated House Parents (Couple) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable youth while working together as a couple in a meaningful and rewarding role.

Position Summary

As House Parents, you will live on-site at one of Anthony's Villa's group homes and provide daily care, guidance, and supervision to the residents. You will create a family-like atmosphere that promotes personal growth, emotional stability, and independence for each resident while ensuring the home operates smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Care

    • Provide 24/7 supervision, care, and support for residents.
    • Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
  • Daily Living and Routine Management

    • Oversee daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and chores.
    • Assist residents in developing life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, and time management.
  • Emotional and Behavioral Support

    • Build trusting relationships with residents and support them in achieving their goals.
    • Implement behavioral interventions and provide guidance in line with Anthony's Villa's values and policies.
  • Household Management

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning home environment.
    • Coordinate with staff regarding appointments, activities, and educational needs.
  • Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with Anthony's Villa leadership, counselors, and other team members to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
Qualifications
  • Required:

    • High school diploma or GED for both individuals.
    • Valid driver's licenses with clean driving records for both individuals.
    • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Preferred:

    • Previous experience working with youth in a residential or caregiving capacity.
    • Training or certifications in trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, or related fields.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
