Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for cleaning and maintaining: Cottages, Comfort Stations, Restaurants, Clubhouses, Security Gates, Sales Center, Administration Building, Rock House, Jackson House, Central Services, Pro Shops, Maintenance Buildings, Marinas, Tennis Centers, Pavilions, Pool areas, Cart Facilities, Corporate Building, Plantation Commons, and other areas of Reynolds Lake Oconee.Completion of assigned deep cleaning projects and other areas as needed.Completion of cleaning per established standards of Reynolds Lake OconeeExtract Dirty linen and terry from cottages.Place clean linen and terry into cottages.Deliver guest requests and assorted items to cottages.Transport Housekeepers between cottage locations and Central ServicesStock supplies and maintain warehouseLaundry (such as washes, dries, and folds room and table linen by following prescribed methods and procedures for washing, drying, folding, and sorting operations)Maintain the laundry equipment as neededMaintain van cleanlinessMaintains a clean, pleasant, and neat imageCommunicate with supervisors regarding work issues or concernsInteract and assist guests and members as needed, i.e. plunging toilets, television remote operationSafety Responsibilities and Requirements:Performs job responsibilities and operates equipment according to the company safety and training programsReports safety or hazard concerns to managementReports any on the job injury to managementTakes personal responsibility for safety every dayQualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:Some work experience desired, but will trainRequires ability to bend, stretch and lift up to 30lbs on a regular basisAbility to stand for extended periods of time up to 90% of the dayAble to withstand varying weather conditionsCongenial personality; able to interact well with othersA valid driver's license is requiredAbility to climb and descend stairs on a regular basisThis Housekeeping positions works from 7am to 3:30pm on a rotating schedule.Benefits:Medical, dental, vision and life insurancePaid time off: vacation after 6 months, sick and personal days, and 10 holidays401(k) with company matchFlexible spending and health savings accountsLTD and STDEmployee discounts: food, retail merchandise, boat rentalsGolf privileges#J-18808-Ljbffr
