Services include child & adolescent psychiatric, medical, residential, and therapy services, as well as career development. The center and foundation are named for Toledo an Elizabeth A. Zepf, a staunch advocate for citizens with mental illness.We are currently seeking a Contingent Housekeeper. This position is responsible for all housekeeping functions within the facility and its surrounding grounds.Essential duties include but are not limited to: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floorsGeneral cleaning, dusting, washing windowsGarbage removalCleaning restroomsLaundryBuilding and moving furnitureReceiving and delivering packagesPerform other duties as assigned. Individual Competencies: Ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to work with biohazardous materialAbility to adapt quickly to changing needsStrong attention to detailRequirements Position Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious housekeeping experienceAbility to lift up to 50 poundsKnowledge & understanding of HIPAAAbility to pass a drug screen and background checkAbility to work on the weekendsGREAT ATTENDANCE RECORD!!!!!!!!!!!!
