Services include child & adolescent psychiatric, medical, residential, and therapy services, as well as career development. The center and foundation are named for Toledo an Elizabeth A. Zepf, a staunch advocate for citizens with mental illness.We are currently seeking a Contingent Housekeeper. This position is responsible for all housekeeping functions within the facility and its surrounding grounds.Essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors
- General cleaning, dusting, washing windows
- Garbage removal
- Cleaning restrooms
- Laundry
- Building and moving furniture
- Receiving and delivering packages
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with biohazardous material
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
- Strong attention to detail
Requirements Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge & understanding of HIPAA
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to work on the weekends
