Job Description:

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our community and for ensuring that guests, residents, families and staff have a positive impression of our community. Responsibilities include cleaning all areas of the community, project cleaning/organizing, as well as the weekly cleaning in the resident's apartments and weekly laundry services of residents clothes/linens and community linens (in Senior Living Communities). Housekeepers should be compassionate and caring, and make responsible choices that act in the residents' best interests. He/she must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to be able to take direction and carry out responsibilities as directed by their management. Successful candidates should be able to work flexible hours, prioritize tasks, and have good communication skills. A strong customer service orientation is a must!
