POSITION SUMMARY:

As our housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and staging vacation rental homes in Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Cheboygan. We are looking for mature, hardworking, and seasoned professionals who are friendly and customer service-oriented. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working both as a team member and individually to efficiently and thoroughly clean rental properties for guests and homeowners.
  • Staging and stocking of guest amenities and supplies in rental homes for guest arrivals.
  • Laundering and folding linens and towels.
  • Lifting / laundry bags and cleaning supplies.
  • Operation and care of assigned vacuums.
  • Maintain documentation on the condition of homes, and communication with the housekeeping dispatcher.
  • Thoroughly inspect and document any damage and manage items left behind for return after guest departure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ideal Experience - 1 year of housekeeping experience
  • Able to work collaboratively and efficiently as part of a team as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Be able to multitask and demonstrate the ability to follow directions.
  • Must possess good time management skills and have a high attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate effectively with teammates, guests, and associates.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a good driving record.
  • Available for a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the housekeeping department, including some weekends and holidays.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $26.50
