Follows all safety guidelines in accordance with any state-mandated rules and regulations. The Infection Prevention Technician will adhere to appropriate precautions and techniques in each department regarding hazardous chemicals, blood and body fluids, medical waste and/or equipment.Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Is expected to work varying hours, holidays, and weekends.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION:High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) preferred.LICENSE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATION:NoneEXPERIENCE:Previous cleaning/infection prevention experience preferred, but not required.Apply
