These jobs are great for those who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done; who like working in a team environment and want to play in the great outdoors!Job Specifications:Outlet: Hunter MountainExpected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.04 / hourShift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round (10 Month)Skill Level: EntryJob Responsibilities:Cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallwaysWashes shower walls and tubs, cleans toilets, cleans mirrors, sinks and walls in order to have clean and sanitary guest restrooms.Washes all hard floor areas by hand to remove dirt and soiled areas.Dusts and polishes all furniture, fixtures and wall hangings including using a duster to reach vents and ceiling corners to remove dust and cobwebs.Strips bed of all linen and remakes with fresh, checking bedspread, blankets and bed pads for cleanliness, replacing if soiled.Vacuums rooms, public areas and hallways, operating vacuums weighing up to 35lbs., and lifting/moving heavy furnitureReplaces towels, soaps and all room amenitiesAbility to safely work with hazardous and caustic chemicalsAbility to perform well under pressureExhibits high productivity in all cleaning assignments, including but not limited to replenishing of required amenities in all guest spaces as assignedRetention of training, and seeking further knowledge as you learn more about your assigned role and role requirementsMaintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all timesWillingness and ability to handle and maintain housekeeping tools and equipment as required based off your specified propertyPerforms other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.Job Requirements:Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or condos - preferredAble to lift up to 50 lbs. - requiredAble to stand for long periods of time in excess of 2 hours without sitting - preferredExperience on Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer) - preferredAble to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal - preferredHigh school diploma preferredThe expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.04.
