D/B/A Winter Park Resort Job Title: Housekeeper Dates of Temporary, Fulltime Employment: 11/01/2024 - 04/22/2025 Number of Openings: 13Job Description: Housekeepers will be responsible for cleaning and deep cleaning, which includes any combination of the following: Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors; sweep and vacuum rugs and carpet; clean baseboards; shampoo and spot clean carpets; dust and polish furniture and woodwork; empty trash; wash windows; replenish linens and towels; , disinfect bathrooms and full kitchens in all rooms and suites at Winter Park ReExperience Requirement: Six (6) months of housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. Education Requirement: No Level of Education Required. Training or Certification Requirement: No Training Required. Special Requirements for the Job: Six (6) months of housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check. Must be able to lift up to 35-50 lbs unassisted, kneel and bend regularly, and stand for the entire scheduled shift. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train.Job location: 401 Nystrom Lane, Winter Park, CO 80482, 100 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482, 85 Parsenn Road, Winter Park, CO 80482 Hours Per Week: 35 Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly Days and Shifts: Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work schedule can vary and may include evening, weekend, and holidays hours. Example shift: 9:00am to 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Hourly Wage: $21.46 to $28.07/hr (based on merit and past experience with our company) Possible Wage Increase: Pay raises for returning staff if their experience and skillset meet the requirements for a higher wage. Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $32.19 to 42.11/hr. Pay Period: A single work week, starting Saturday-Friday, will be used to calculate hourly wages, and will be paid Bi-weekly.Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Move-in costs will include security fee ( deposit ) and one month license fee ( rent ). Cost of housing is $800 per month, including utilities. The security fee will be equal to one month license fee and is due within seven days of housing offer. Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided for those living in employee housing (pubic transit). Optional Deductions from Paycheck: Rent will be deducted on a bi-weekly basis from paycheck. Will require pre-hire criminal background check. References might be requested. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Three-Fourths Guarantee: In accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(f); the employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Inbound/Outbound Transportation: Transportation and subsistence costs from the place from which the worker has to travel, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the pl ce of employment will be provided to the worker by check if the worker completes 50% of the period of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts, consistent with 20 CFR.20(j)(1)(i) and 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(ii).
