Clean and dust vertical and horizontal surfaces that collect dust.5. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.6. Collect trash, clean and reline containers with plastic liners.7. Vacuum carpet, sweep and mop floors, as assigned.8. Ensure that residents' rooms are safe, comfortable, and maintained in an attractive manner and that residents' personal items are safeguarded.9. Clean up spills, soiled areas, and other conditions as observed or directed.10. Use cleaners and other hazardous materials according to department procedure.11. Properly store equipment and supplies.12. Follow facility fire safety and infection control practices.13. Promptly report any unsafe conditions or equipment.14. Greet residents, visitors, and staff courteously. Respect dignityand confidentiality standards and promote resident rights.
