This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas and resident rooms
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dispose of trash and waste
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machines, vacuums, etc.

Rate of Pay Starting from USD $16.30/Hr. -What You'll Bring:Qualifications of a Housekeeper include:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, fire prevention and safety measures in long-term care are highly valued but not required; training will be provided
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
