We are seeking a detail orientated housekeeper to join our interdisciplinary team of health care professionals at our skilled nursing facility in Amityville!
Responsibilities include:
- Follow instructions by the Director of Housekeeping Services, to ensure that the facility is maintained with the upmost standard of cleanliness.
- Clean resident rooms for incoming admissions.
- Perform the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department in accordance with State, Federal, Health and Company standards. Including:
- Clean furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating and AC units, restrooms, recreational areas, discard trash, etc.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Detail orientated.
- Familiarity with a long-term care setting preferred.
- Housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to work 7am-3pm fulltime schedule.
