POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Housekeeper at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests. Your passion for cleanliness, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will shine through as you meticulously clean and sanitize guest units. With your friendly and enthusiastic approach, you'll create a warm and inviting atmosphere that welcomes guests and ensures their comfort throughout their stay. As a valued member of our team, you'll collaborate with your colleagues to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and provide outstanding service that exceeds expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean assigned areas of the resort, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
  • Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms
  • Make beds, replenish amenities, mop/vacuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
  • Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
  • Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
  • Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
  • Background check and proof of employment eligibility required.
  • Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
  • Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Salary: $14 - $20
