Motel and deluxe housing will be cleaned, beds made, bathrooms cleaned, towels distributed and floors vacuumed. In a timely manner.Dorms, cabins, will be disinfected, bathroom and showers cleaned and blankets and pillows folded neatly on each bed.Preform seasonal deep cleaning of windows, walls, floors, etc.Assist the custodians during peak workloads with moving furniture, cleaning meeting areas, restrooms, etc.All other duties as assigned (this may entail other camp departments).REPOTING RELATIONSHIPSThis position is supervised by the Housekeeping Supervisor.In contacts related to this position's duties this individual acts as a representative of The Salvation Army and its mission.PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTSThis individual will be evaluated on how effectively the outcomes of this position are achieved, as well as the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of accomplishing assigned goals.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum age of 19 years old.
- Experience in industrial housekeeping is preferred.

POSITION LIMITATIONS
- This individual will only commit Army resources that have been allocated or approved.
- This individual will keep the Housekeeping Supervisor informed on all critical issues relating to their area of responsibility.
- This individual will adhere to all policies and procedures in carrying out the responsibilities of this position.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position is required to do light to heavy physical work and must be able to lift or move up to 50lbs. This position requires turning, twisting, and bending.
- Requires ability to drive carts.
- In order to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to use housekeeping equipment.
- The work environment for this position includes a camp and office environment with a low to high noise level, and also requires traveling outdoors in winter season to cabins and dorms.
