Responsibilities

* Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms and recreational spaces.

* Clean and prepare vacant rental units for new residents, including thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.

* Trash removal in common areas along with rental units.

* Ensuring landscaping is well maintained and clean.

* Ensure all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report any maintenance or supply needs to the property manager.

* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas, paying close attention to detail and ensuring all safety and hygiene protocols are followed.

* Follow a cleaning schedule and checklist to ensure all cleaning duties are completed in a timely manner.

* Assist in the organization of storage areas and janitorial closets.

* Provide exceptional customer service and address residents' concerns or questions related to housekeeping.

* Comply with company policies and procedures regarding safety and cleanliness standards.

* Other functions as assigned by Property Manager.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position with a set schedule. The schedule may vary based on seasonal demands, but we are willing to work with the right candidate to accommodate their availability.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.

* Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.

* Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

* Ability to work independently and efficiently.

* Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.

* Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

* Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to follow them.

* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

* A valid Driver's License is required to complete the essential functions of the position (traveling to different properties, obtaining/transporting supplies, etc.)

Physical Requirements:?While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms and stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and inclement weather. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
