Communicate any maintenance work orders to maintenance and/or management.Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.Other Duties as Assigned.Preferred Qualifications:Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.Proactive in solving problems.Physical Requirements:Repetitive climbing of stairs and occasionally ladders.Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
