HOUSEKEEPER
: Job Details :

The Houseman's duties include but are not limited to: transporting trash, sanitizing carts, breaking down boxes, and delivering supplies to housekeeping. Spot cleaning carpets, including removing gum, waxing, buffing service areas. Steam cleaning upholstery. Moving equipment. Clean high areas  using a ladder, including windows. Reporting maintenance defects. You will also have to move furniture as necessary for cleaning purposes, assume responsibilities and assist the common area person and housekeeping department when needed.Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the hotel areas. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shift hours. Must not have allergies to dust or cleaning chemicals. Must have the following abilities: bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, climbing, lifting, carrying, and kneeling. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 75lbs (34.02kg).PositionHOUSEKEEPERHousekeepers handle light cleaning needed for the upkeep of homes as well as commercial buildings, such as offices, hotels, and hospitals.
