Our apartment community is seeking a housekeeper for our 387-unit newly constructed apartment community in South Austin! We need you to keep our property looking its best! Requirements

* Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction

* Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools

* Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

* Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily

* Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily

* Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in

* Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
