We are currently seeking an Exterior Household Assistant for a large-scale private residence and nearby properties. This is a luxury environment requiring an eye for detail, an understanding of different exterior needs, proactive resourcefulness, and excellent customer service skills. Length of Assignment: Ongoing, initially through 12/31/2024Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.Must have valid Driver's License. Location: Onsite. Palm Desert, CA The Exterior Household Assistant supports estate operations, focusing on exterior housekeeping and outdoor space preparation for family and guest. Responsibilities include cleaning, organizing common areas, maintaining vehicles and sports equipment, and assisting with interior cleaning, errands, and other assigned tasks. The role requires independent work and collaboration with the Household Team.Core Responsibilities: Exterior cleaning such as windows, outdoor furniture, and walkways. Maintain and prepare vehicles, golf carts, and sports equipment. Assist with pet care, including waste disposal. Exterior cleaning: dusting, polishing, sanitizing, and floor care. Organize and manage laundry, including ironing as needed Ensure proper trash disposal and recycling. Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Supervise third-party cleaning services.Skills & Abilities: Ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail and confidentiality.
