Job DescriptionHousekeeper - Somerset - Full-time - $19 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike environment in a beautiful new state-of-the-art community - Excellent benefits including optional medical, dental and vision plans, 25 paid days off, pension plan, annual holiday bonus, subsidized childcare onsite, and free meal with every shift worked - 7:00am - 3:00pm including every other weekend - The Housekeeper will clean and maintain a safe living environment for all residents according to the specified schedule, including areas such as resident suites, bathrooms and common areas on a daily basis. 2024 is our second year in a row being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBiz.com, one of the leading business journals in the state.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED required,
  • 1-2 years experience with the geriatric population preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day and to move about the building and between buildings.
  • Flu vaccination required or receive a medical exemption prior to employment.
  • Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes.
