Be part of an extraordinary life!What We Offer: Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceAD&D insurance401(k) with company matchLong-term disability insuranceResident sponsored appreciation bonus and educational scholarshipsGenerous PTO and paid holidaysEmployee assistance programOn-site gym and an Olympic size swimming poolFree parkingDailyPay - Work today, get paid todayAn exceptional work environment that is both engaging and fun Primary Responsibilities: Supervises the performance of all housekeepers through personal inspections of apartments and Health Center rooms, as assigned.Assists in the recruitment of staff, training, evaluating and disciplining all housekeepers.Keeps required records, reports and studies.Coordinates annual apartment cleanings with the Environmental Services Director.Coordinates department functions with those of other departments.Conducts inventories of all housekeeping supplies, and places monthly orders for all housekeeping supplies.Coordinates the scheduling of all apartment cleaning and special cleaning projects.Performs the duties of a Housekeeper as necessary. Qualifications: High school education is required.Good oral and written communication skills are essential.Prior housekeeping supervisory experience in a retirement community, hotel, or healthcare setting is required.Knowledge of housekeeping and infection control procedures required. Special courses in housekeeping or institutional management are desirable.Must be able to competently demonstrate computer and word processing skills.
