POSITION SUMMARY:

What will my day be like?

Your day will begin by checking which properties you'll be cleaning. From there, you'll make your way to the home to perform checkout cleans and stage the space before the next reservation. These cleaning tasks encompass deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, restocking linens and toiletries, and promptly reporting any maintenance concerns for efficient resolution by the team.

Because our cleaning team is a significant part of our company and ensures every stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable, we're looking for a highly conscientious and reliable housekeeper. This 1099 contract position requires an experienced housekeeper who is a self-starter, but we're also willing to train the right candidate if you're self-motivated and work well on a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning living areas, restroom cleaning, exterior touch-ups, etc.
  • Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, clean windows, and maintain common area cleanliness.
  • Stock and perform staging duties as needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
  • Adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred - but we are willing to train
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Must have effective communication and listening skills.
  • Reliable transportation

Note: You'll be expected to bring your own cleaning supplies to each job.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $20-$30+ per hour, depending on the size of the home, paid on a per-clean basis.

Schedule: Must have a flexible schedule and the availability to work weekends and after hours as needed.
