ResponsibilitiesProviding high quality housekeeping services. Cleans all areas of the building and furnishings; transports wastes; carpet cleaning; maintains supplies and performs other related duties as assigned. QualificationsEducation: GED or High School Diploma Experience: Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial work preferred. Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Must be able to follow written and oral directions and work independently.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with other workers and the residents.
- Must have a basic understanding of chemicals used in housekeeping.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
