Housekeeping Aide

Mountain Ridge Health & Rehab is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to join our team in Black Mountain, North Carolina. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff. The schedule is a rotating every other weekend full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary.
• Follow proper infection control and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
