Overview:
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeping and Sanitation Specialist to join our team. We are committed to providing a comprehensive array of benefits to support our associates and their families' health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties such as mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash
- Utilize protective gear and adhere to safety precautions at all times
- Complete assigned cleaning areas according to schedule and respond to requests promptly
- Positively represent HCSG by being courteous and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, and client staff
- Interact positively with residents, staff, and facility guests
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions
- Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
- Live in the service area
