Overview:
As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and safety within our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping duties and ensuring a positive experience for residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Performing housekeeping and cleaning tasks such as mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal
- Using appropriate protective gear and following safety guidelines at all times
- Ensuring punctual completion of assigned cleaning areas and responding to paging system promptly
- Positively representing the company and maintaining pleasant interactions with residents and staff
Qualifications:
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
- Utilizing leadership skills and completing tasks without supervision
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine, repetitive tasks
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Living in the service area
