At The Cypress Club of Hilton Head, we offer stable hours, minimal seasonal disruptions, and the comfort of routines with steady residents and homes. Additionally, we organize quarterly employee appreciation events such as free food trucks, street parties, bowling, and more.As a continuous care retirement community serving over 500 residents in both Independent Living and Skilled Nursing Care, we are seeking individuals with a passion for cleaning and working with seniors, who value stability.Your Responsibilities: Clean and tidy all areas to the standard of cleanliness within designated time limits Deliver excellent customer service Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms Maintain equipment in good condition Report any shortages, damages, or security issues Handle guests' complaints/requests and inform others when necessary Check stocking levels of all consumables Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing lawsSkills: Proven working experience in a relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Customer service orientation with a helpful attitude Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism, speed, and attention to detailWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) matching Dental Insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision InsuranceSchedule: Monday to Friday Day shift; 7:30 am to 4 pm Holidays With the requirement to work every other weekend (with a $2.00 shift differential for weekends).COVID-19 Considerations: At The Cypress, the health and safety of our employees are our top priority.
