Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily housekeeping duties, including sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
• Document cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred previous housekeeping experience, but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with all facility occupants and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks consistently.
• Must be comfortable working with cleaning products.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Must reside within the service area.
