Job Overview:

As the Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our housekeeping department to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our guests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high cleanliness standards, training and supervising staff, and implementing efficient housekeeping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with company standards.

Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.

Monitor and control housekeeping budget and expenses.

Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Director or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
