They work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and linens, and assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed.
Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
- Stock guest rooms with amenities and linens
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
